Welcome to QAMFORGE LIMITED. By visiting our website or engaging services under our divisions (QAMFORGE Digital, QAMFORGE Logistics, and QAMFORGE Immigration), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review these terms carefully.

1. Scope of Service and Division Roles

QAMFORGE LIMITED operates as a diversified business group. Each division provides specific services subject to distinct operational boundaries:

  • QAMFORGE Digital: Delivers web engineering, branding, SEO, and business automation software. All deliverables are built according to agreed project briefs. Post-handover maintenance is subject to separate service level agreements (SLAs).
  • QAMFORGE Logistics: Coordinates freight, overland transit, and supply chain movements. We act as intermediaries to plan and facilitate transit. Cargo insurance, customs duties, and storage fees are governed by individual carriage contracts.
  • QAMFORGE Immigration: Provides documentation checking, structure review, checklist guidance, and general advisory consulting.

2. Crucial Immigration & Decision-Making Disclaimer

Independent Decision Authorities

QAMFORGE LIMITED does not issue visas, study permits, work permits, or permanent residency approvals. We do not represent any foreign government or domestic immigration agency.

Our services are strictly confined to administrative documentation assistance, review audits, and consulting. The final authority to approve or reject any application remains solely with the respective embassies, consulate generals, and immigration departments. QAMFORGE is not responsible for losses, delays, or visa denials resulting from government actions.

3. Client Obligations

Clients must provide complete, honest, and accurate credentials and documentation. Providing falsified information, fraudulent bank records, or misleading declarations immediately terminates our services without refund eligibility.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Uganda, QAMFORGE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, losses from cargo delays, shipping lane disruptions, website hosting downtimes, or visa application rejection fees.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kampala, Uganda.
